Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Alike Skincare! We’re honored to be part of your skincare journey and want to make sure your products arrive safely and smoothly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


1. Processing Times

We do our best to get your order packaged and on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (like holidays or new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Rates and delivery times vary based on your location and selected method at checkout.

Within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days – $9.99 or free on orders over $60

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days – $14.99

International Shipping:

  • We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia. However we are working on making this available in the future.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays and weather.


3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder just in case—it sometimes ends up there.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned shipments.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We do our very best to ensure every package arrives safely, but sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, please contact us at contact@alikeskincare.com.au with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help make things right.
