We’re so happy you chose our skincare products—each item is lovingly crafted just for you. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’re here to help if something’s not quite right.

Due to the nature of our products…

Because our skincare items are made in small batches and are for personal use, we can’t accept returns on used or opened products (we hope you understand—it’s all about keeping things safe and hygienic!).

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please don’t worry—we’ve got you! Just send us a message within 7 days of delivery at contact@alikeskincare.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A quick description of what happened

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Changed your mind?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we may have already sent your package and you will need to contact us about a return.

Sensitive skin?

We list all our ingredients so you can shop with confidence. Everyone’s skin is unique, so we always recommend a patch test before full use. If you ever have questions, just reach out—we’re happy to chat.
